Orders & Shipping
We ship worldwide from Mauritius. LOULOU partners with DHL, Chronopost and FedEx so your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Indian Ocean & Africa 3–5 business days; Europe 5–7; Middle East & Asia 5–8; Americas & the rest of the world 7–12. These are estimates and may vary with customs, public holidays or carrier delays.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel directly on the DHL, Chronopost or FedEx website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities, are the customer’s responsibility, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
As long as your order hasn’t been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it free of charge — just email us at loulou@loulouclothing.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our refund policy.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition (free from odours, marks or alterations), with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
Email us at loulou@loulouclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at loulou@loulouclothing.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Sizing & Fit
Our pieces are designed in a Premium Regular Fit — a clean, modern silhouette that is neither tight nor oversized. The Signature Tee, V-Neck Tee and Riviera Polo all share the same fit and are available from XS to 2XL.
Our pieces are true to size, so we recommend your usual size. If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed feel or down for a closer cut. Need advice? Email us at loulou@loulouclothing.com and we’ll be glad to help.
Product & Care
Our T-shirts are crafted from a compact combed cotton jersey (180–190 g/m²) for a soft, structured feel. The Riviera Polo is made from a double piqué in 100% combed cotton (230–240 g/m²) with a refined Johnny collar. Every piece is created in Mauritius.
To keep them looking their best: machine wash cold (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out and with similar colours. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry — reshape and dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Iron on low if needed. Always follow the care label on each garment.

Payment & Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Every payment is processed securely through 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey).
All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR), the currency of our store. If you are outside the eurozone, your bank will simply convert the amount at its current rate.
Absolutely. Payments are handled by our secure payment provider over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection with 3-D Secure authentication, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
