We ship to all countries worldwide. LOULOU partners with DHL, Chronopost and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Indian Ocean & Africa: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Middle East & Asia: 5–8 business days
Americas & rest of the world: 7–12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your parcel directly on the DHL, Chronopost or FedEx website.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
